A few months ago, the candidates who lost the elections had filed a petition. This matter was heard in the court today. After this, the court has asked these 42 MLAs to give written answers.

Name of these leaders also in the list

The surprising thing is that the name of Assembly Speaker Prem Kumar is also in the list. Apart from these, 42 MLAs including Minister Vijendra Yadav, former Minister Jeevesh Mishra, JDU MLA Chetan Anand, RJD MLA Amarendra Prasad are included. The court has said that the affidavit filed during nomination is an important part of the democratic system.
