Brennan Johnson joins Crystal Palace in club-record transfer from Tottenham
Crystal Palace has confirmed the signing of Welsh international Brennan Johnson in a club-record transfer from fellow Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur.
Johnson joins the South London side on a four year contract after two-and-a-half seasons at Tottenham. He will take the No. 11 shirt for the Eagles. Palace has reportedly paid a fee of £35 million to Spurs to secure the services of the winger.
He was the club’s top goal-scorer in all competitions in the 2024-25 season, scoring 18 goals and setting up seven more. He also scored the winner in the UEFA Europa League final as Tottenham ended a lengthy trophy drought with a 1-0 victory over Manchester United in Bilbao.
Johnson has also appeared 42 times for Wales, including at the 2022 FIFA World Cup, scoring seven goals.
