‘Bridgerton star Michelle Mao joins ‘The Last Of Us’
Fans of The Last of Us will be thrilled to see Yara and Lev, the iconic sibling duo from the second game, brought to life on screen.
HBO’s post-apocalyptic series welcomes two new faces: Bridgerton star Michelle Mao and Star Wars: Skeleton Crew’s Kyriana Kratter, who will portray the fan favourite siblings Yara and Lev in season 3, as per Deadline.
Yara and Lev, key figures among the Seraphites, are set to heavily influence Abby Anderson’s (Kaitlyn Dever) storyline in what’s anticipated to be the third and final season of The Last of Us.
Lev takes center stage as the deuteragonist of Abby’s story in the game, guiding her path and serving as her conscience.
Additional cast members for season three are Kaitlyn Dever, Bella Ramsey, Isabela Merced, Gabriel Luna and Jeffrey Wright.
The cast expands with Clea DuVall as a Seraphite and Jorge Lendeborg Jr. taking over the role of Manny after Danny Ramirez’s exit.
Co-created by Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann of the game, The Last of Us will see Craig, previously co-showrunner with Neil, step in as the sole show runner for its third season.
