‘Bring plate and spoon to Jantar Mantar…’, Abhijeet Deepke’s appeal to CJP supporters

Youth’s ‘Cockroach Janata Party’ is preparing to organize another movement on Saturday at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar. CJP founder Abhijit Deepke says he has Delhi Police approval. He has appealed to his supporters that the protesters should reach Jantar Mantar with plates and spoons in their hands.

This anger against the NEET paper leak, the role of the National Testing Agency (NTA) and the education system is now spreading across the country. There were demonstrations first in Delhi, then in Pune and Bengaluru. Now once again this demonstration has been called in Delhi.

Why is Abhijeet Deepke demanding plate and spoon?

CJP founder Abhijit Deepke on Friday appealed to supporters to bring plates and spoons. Referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s appeal of banging thali during the Covid period, he said, everyone knows what is the rest of the story.

Second demonstration in Delhi will start at 1 pm

This will be CJP’s second demonstration in Delhi. Earlier on June 6 also he had demonstrated at Jantar Mantar. The group has also taken permission from Delhi Police on June 20 at 1 pm.

What do the protesters want?

Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan should resign. Accountability should be fixed for NEET paper leak and other exam scams. Abhijit Deepke has written an open letter to Prime Minister Modi demanding a compensation of Rs 1 crore to the families of students who committed suicide over examination related disputes.

11 students lost their lives, who is responsible?

Abhijeet Deepke said, ‘In the last few days, 11 students have committed suicide, including 5 cases in the last 48 hours. The families of the students should get justice and Rs 1 crore should be given to the families as compensation.

Where have demonstrations taken place?

CJP has already demonstrated in many cities including Pune, Lucknow, Amritsar, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Jaipur. Abhijeet Deepke said that accountability is necessary in the education system, so that the confidence of students and parents can be restored. Thousands of people are expected to attend his performance again.
