Brixton Motorcycles opens bookings for four new models in India

Delhi. Delhi. Brixton Motorcycles has announced its entry into the Indian market with four new motorcycle models to be launched in November this year. Official bookings have now started for ₹2,999. The brand will introduce Crossfire 500X, Crossfire 500XC, Cromwell 1200 and Cromwell 1200X. Let's take a closer look at these bikes and assess how well the brand is prepared to meet the expectations of Indian customers.

Brixton Crossfire 500X and Crossfire 500XC details

The Brixton Crossfire lineup features two variants: the Crossfire 500X, which reflects café racer styling, and the Crossfire 500XC, which is designed for off-road riding with a scrambler aesthetic. Both the motorcycles are powered by a 486cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that produces 47 HP and 43 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox, with a top speed of 160 kilometers per hour.

Brixton Cromwell 1200 and Cromwell 1200X details

Brixton is also entering the high-end segment in India with its 1200cc Cromwell model. The Cromwell 1200 has neo-retro styling, while the Cromwell 1200X has a scrambler design. Both models are equipped with a 1,222cc twin-cylinder engine that produces 83 HP and 108 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed gearbox.

Brixton has entered the Indian market through a partnership with KAW Veloce Motors Pvt Ltd, which plans to set up a manufacturing plant in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Initially, the brand aims to launch its motorcycles in 12 cities in Maharashtra, including Pune, Mumbai, Thane, Nashik, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Cochin, Coimbatore, Ahmedabad, Surat, Panjim and Vapi.

Although pricing details have not been revealed yet, it is estimated that the 500cc model could be priced around ₹6 lakh, while the 1200cc model could be priced around ₹10 lakh (all prices ex-showroom).
