Brutality in Etah! A girl who had gone to see a fair with her friends was gang-raped, a young man from the same village looted Asmat along with his friends on the canal bank.

Etah/Jalesar (Desk): A soul-shattering incident has come to light from Etah district of Uttar Pradesh. The incident of gang rape of a 15-year-old girl in village Padhaira of Jalesar police station area has created outrage in the entire area. A young man from the same village, along with two unknown associates, made a minor girl, who was returning home after seeing the fair, a victim of lust. In this case, the police have registered a case on the complaint of the victim’s mother and have started intensive search for the accused.

A web of ‘cruelty’ laid amidst the happiness of the fair

According to the information, 15-year-old Neha (name changed), resident of village Padhaira, had gone to the nearby Uncha village with her friends at around 7 pm on Friday, March 27, to visit a fair. When her friends returned home around 9 pm and Neha was nowhere to be found, the family members were in shock. Friends told that she had left for home long ago. When the mother called Neha’s mobile in panic, her sobs on the other end were heart-wrenching.

Three brutes did ‘dirty work’ by taking them near the canal

Crying, the victim told that Vinod Kumar, son of Suraj of the village, seduced her and took her towards a deserted area of ​​Bachepura Bamba (canal). Suraj’s two other friends were already sitting in ambush there. It is alleged that all three of them together gang-raped the minor by taking turns. A heart-wrenching thing has also come to light that the main accused Suraj had done a similar heinous act with the girl a few days ago, about which she had not told anyone out of fear.

Medical examination and rapid police raid

On Saturday, the victim’s mother took her to the police station pleading for justice. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the police immediately registered a written complaint. Kotwali in-charge Sanjay Raghav said that the girl has been sent to the district hospital for medical examination. Police have registered a case under relevant sections like POCSO Act and gangrape. Police teams are raiding different places to arrest the absconding accused.
