BSE issues warning against unregistered person Aditya Rishabh Mishra
Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has issued a public alert on December 30, 2025 cautioning investors about **Aditya Rishabh Mishra**, who allegedly provides illegal investment and trading advice, including account-handling services, without SEBI registration.
BSE clarified that Mishra is neither a registered member nor an authorized person of any BSE-registered intermediary. Investors should avoid its offerings as there is no regulatory oversight.
The Exchange advised not to share trading credentials (User ID/Password) with anyone and requested to verify the Intermediary, Investment Advisor (IA), or Research Analyst (RA) through BSE website link or SEBI portal for security and dispute resolution.
Such unregistered schemes involve significant risks, and there are no formal measures in place to protect investors. Participation in these is at personal risk, as they are neither sanctioned nor endorsed by BSE.
This is in line with SEBI’s recent alert against unregistered entities falsely claiming registration or using fake certificates. SEBI prevents registered intermediaries from associating with unregistered ones for promotion. It also maintains a market intelligence portal to report market wrongdoings.
Investors should be cautious of unsolicited advice received through social media or other channels.
