BSNL Launched Automated Kiosk: Government company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) on Tuesday started 7 new services including SIM kiosk. Telecom Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has launched these services. The new logo of the telecom company has also been unveiled.

1. National Wi-Fi Roaming for Fiber Internet customers

BSNL has launched National Wi-Fi Roaming Service for its Fiber Internet customers. This means that users can enjoy high-speed internet on BSNL hotspot without any extra charges.

2. BSNL announces new fiber-based TV service

BSNL has announced a new fiber-based TV service that includes over 500 live channels and pay TV options. All of these are available to fiber internet customers at no extra cost.

3. Kiosk to buy, upgrade SIM card

The company wants to simplify the management of its SIM cards through automated kiosks. These kiosks will help people easily buy, upgrade or switch their SIM cards on a 24X7 basis.

4. India's first direct-to-device service launched

BSNL has launched India's first Direct-to-Device (D2D) connectivity solution, which blends satellite and mobile networks. This service is for emergencies and remote areas.

5. Spam-blocking solution for a secure network

BSNL's spam-blocking solution automatically filters phishing attempts and malicious SMS. Its objective is to create a secure communication environment for telecom users.

6. Public Safety and Disaster Release Solution Launched

BSNL has launched Public Safety and Disaster Release Solution. It is a secure, scalable and dedicated network for real-time disaster response, communications and public safety.

7. Private 5G network launched for mining operations

In collaboration with C-DAC, BSNL launches a private 5G network for mining operations. This network will provide high speed and low latency connectivity in underground and large opencast mines.

Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and Union Minister of State for Communications and Rural Development Pemmasani Chandra Shekhar unveiled the new logo at an event in New Delhi.
