Lucknow: There is good news for the youth preparing for jobs in Uttar Pradesh. Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) has started the application process to fill the vacant posts of Operator (Bus Conductor) on contract basis. Under this recruitment, at present online applications have been invited from eligible candidates of four districts. Interested candidates can apply till 14 July 2026.

Under the current recruitment drive, applications have been invited for Kanpur Nagar, Kanpur Dehat, Fatehpur and Unnao. Eligible candidates of these districts can apply online through the employment portal. In future, the recruitment process can be started in different phases for other districts also.
Who can apply?
To apply for this recruitment, it is mandatory for the candidate to have passed 12th (Intermediate) from a recognized board. Along with this, CCC computer certificate is also required. The age limit has been fixed at 18 to 40 years, while reserved category candidates will get maximum age relaxation as per government rules.
How will the selection be done?
