This comprehensive ranking evaluates national power based on economic ties, military capabilities, cultural influence and political flexibility. The United States maintains its position as the most powerful country in the region with a score of 81.7. China is followed by China in second place with a score of 72.7. India achieved a score of 39.1, which is 2.7 points higher than 2023. India's lead puts it ahead of other powers like Australia, Russia, South Korea, Indonesia and Malaysia.
