Electric SUV: Keeping in mind the increasing demand for electric vehicles in India, BYD has launched the First Anniversary Edition of its popular electric SUV BYD Sealion 7. The company has introduced this special edition on the occasion of completion of one year of the model, in which a great combination of style, technology and performance can be seen.

According to the company, this new Anniversary Edition is based on the existing Sealion 7, but with some exclusive design elements and additional features. Due to these updates, this SUV looks more premium and attractive than before, making it a special option for the customers.

Talking about the features, BYD Sealion 7 First Anniversary Edition has a large 15.6-inch rotating touchscreen infotainment system, which comes with many smart connectivity features. Apart from this, it includes modern features like ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof, ventilated and heated seats, wireless charging and VTOL (Vehicle to Load) technology. For better music experience, it is also provided with a 12-speaker premium audio system, which gives a luxury feel to the cabin.

This SUV is also quite powerful in terms of performance. It has a large battery of 82.56 kWh, which provides a range of approximately 567 kilometers (NEDC) on a full charge. Its powerful electric motor is capable of accelerating the SUV from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds. This makes it among the fast and performance-oriented electric SUVs in its segment.

Talking about the price, the company has introduced it in two variants – Premium and Performance. Its ex-showroom price starts from Rs 49.40 lakh and goes up to Rs 54.90 lakh. In this price range, this SUV emerges as a strong contender in the premium electric vehicle segment.

BYD has also started booking this special edition. Interested customers can book it by paying a token amount of Rs 70,000. With great range, advanced features and strong performance, this SUV is all set to make a strong hold in the Indian EV market.
