TRAI Chairman Anil Kumar Lahouti said about the Do Not Disturb app that 31 lakh spam calls and messages were reported in 2015, out of which 17 lakh complaints were made through the Do Not Disturb app. Now, users can find the name and SMS header of a customer with a 1600 series number through the Do Not Disturb app. This will help them avoid fraudulent calls and messages. He has also said that the new Michael App will be launched in the month of March. In which users will be able to complain about the call quality.
