Can’t sleep due to tension? Try this asana before going to bed, your mind will become completely relaxed.

News India Live, Digital Desk: You must have often noticed that when we are under stress, our body automatically starts shrinking, shoulders bend and breaths become short. Our body and mind are so deeply connected to each other that a right movement of the body can improve your spoiled mood in a moment. Come, let us spread our mats today and know about those 3 asanas which bring out the ‘stress hormones’ buried in your brain and activate the ‘happy hormones’. 1. Balsana (Child’s Pose) – A lovely dedication This is my favorite asana for relieving stress. In this you have to sit on your knees and rest your forehead on the ground. This asana makes us feel childlike carefree. When you are in contact with the ground and your eyes are closed, blood circulation to your brain increases and the nervous system calms down. This is a way of telling yourself that—“It’s okay to wait for a while.”2. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) – Open the doors of your heart Do you remain bent over computer or mobile all day long? This causes stiffness in the area near your chest, which is a major cause of stress. When you look upwards while doing Bhujangasana, your heart center opens. It increases lung capacity and helps you take deeper breaths. Deep breathing means a direct message to the brain that “everything is okay.” This increases your confidence and your mood becomes fresh immediately.3. Setubandhasana (Bridge Pose) – Remove the burden from the back and mind. Stress often accumulates in the lower part of our waist and neck. When you raise your waist while doing Setubandhasana, it provides great peace to your spine. This asana also improves your digestion, as Ayurveda believes that a bad mood is often related to an upset stomach. It pulls out the fatigue from the body. A little advice from me: Do not take yoga as a difficult exercise. Consider it a quality time spent with yourself. It is not necessary that you strike a perfect pose on the first day itself; Just feel how your muscles are relaxing as you stretch. So the next time you are stressed with office work or confused with household matters, try these asanas for just 5 minutes. Surely, you will feel calmer and happier than ever before. Taking care of yourself is an art, isn’t it?
