CLD Vietnam reported that 14 of its developments have received internationally recognized green certifications, including Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark, EDGE, LEED, and WELL.

Sycamore, located in Binh Duong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, is an EDGE-certified master development incorporating energy-efficient systems, rainwater harvesting, and shared green spaces. The development includes electric vehicle charging infrastructure across residential plots.

In northern Vietnam, The Fullton low-rise residential project was cited for its landscape design and low-density planning, which the developer said supports environmental considerations and community well-being.

The awards reflect industry recognition of CLD Vietnam’s projects and sustainability-focused development approach across its portfolio.
