Actually, Champions Trophy 2025 is going to start from 19th February. Before which the opening ceremony will be organized. A source told news agency IANS, Indian captain Rohit Sharma can go to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy Opening Ceremony. Captains of all the teams participating in the tournament will participate in it. PCB has planned the opening ceremony.
According to the report, the opening ceremony of Champions Trophy 2025 may be held in Pakistan on 16 or 17 February. But, this ceremony will depend on the schedule of warm-up matches. However, ICC or BCCI has not yet issued any official statement regarding this.
Let us tell you that the first match of the tournament will be played between Pakistan and New Zealand on 19 February in Karachi. Whereas, India will face Bangladesh in its first match on 20th February. After this, a high-voltage match is to be played between India and Pakistan in Dubai on 23 February.
