Carrot Cake Overnight Oats Recipe

Life Style: 200 grams porridge oats

400 ml milk

300 ml low-fat yogurt, plus 4 tablespoons for serving

100 grams raisins

2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 large carrot, grated

4 tbsp maple syrup

80 grams walnuts, chopped

Mix together oats, milk, 300 ml yogurt, raisins, cinnamon, carrots and maple syrup. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Divide among bowls and top each bowl with 1 tablespoon yogurt, walnuts, and a little extra cinnamon.
