Step-by-step process to withdraw cash from Aadhaar card
If you want to withdraw cash without ATM card, follow the easy steps given below:
Meet a Business Correspondent (BC) Agent: First of all, go to the authorized banking representative i.e. BC Agent of any bank nearest to you. These agents are usually found in small kirana shops, customer service centers (CSP) or mini branches of banks with micro-ATM machines near you.
Enter Aadhar Number: Tell the agent your 12-digit Aadhaar number, which he will feed into his swipe or micro-ATM machine.
Biometric Verification: Place your thumb or finger on the fingerprint scanner attached to the machine to securely verify your identity.
Select Service: Select ‘Cash Withdrawal’ from the options given on the screen of the machine.
Enter amount: Enter the amount of cash you want to withdraw from your account there.
Get Cash: As soon as your fingerprint is verified with the bank’s server, the transaction will be successful and the agent will hand over your cash to you. Immediately after this, a confirmation SMS of money being deducted from your bank account will also be sent to the registered mobile number.
