Falak, who is active on social media, posted a video in which he made serious allegations on the working methods of the TV industry and production houses.

In the video, Falak said, “Earlier, you used to get work in the industry on the basis of your talent and acting skills. Now a new era has started. Now you are given work by looking at Instagram followers and horoscope. This happens with a very hit producer.” Although he did not take anyone’s name, social media users speculated that he was referring to Ekta Kapoor.

Falak further told that he recently received a call from a production house. He said, “I sent my details. Date, place and time of birth. Usually actors are called for look test or mock test, but at that time I was only asked for birth details. Thinking later, I felt very angry.”
