CBSE 12th Re-evaluation 2026 Portal Updates
The CBSE Class 12 re-evaluation 2026 portal remained under maintenance at 2 PM today, delaying the start of the re-evaluation process scheduled for June 1.
The Central Board of Secondary Education confirmed that the temporary hold aims to improve portal functionality and prevent technical glitches during submissions.
Students eligible for re-evaluation can apply through the official website, cbse.gov.in, once the portal becomes operational. Only candidates who applied for scanned photocopies of answer books can request verification or re-evaluation. Applicants must refer to the subject-wise marking scheme and question paper available online.
Officials said backend systems are being upgraded to support seamless access. The board emphasised that the post-result mechanism is crucial for students seeking to review or verify their marks.
CBSE advised students to read all instructions carefully before applying and ensure accuracy in the submitted details. Errors in the application could affect processing. The board reiterated that the re-evaluation result will be final, and no further appeal will be entertained.
To assist students and parents, CBSE activated its Tele-Counselling Helpline at 1800 11 8004 for queries related to verification and re-evaluation.
