The main demands of the agitators also included the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan. This movement was openly supported by the main opposition party Congress and many other organizations. Recently, the sharp reaction of the police during the Parliament march of the agitators, now the students’ demonstration started spreading in many parts of the country. After the resignation of the Education Minister, Abhijeet Dipane, who was happy, took a dig at the government and also said – ‘The world bends, we need someone to bend it…’

CJP appealed to the protesters to go back
In this sequence, after talks with Union Ministers JP Nadda and Jitendra Singh on Saturday, CJP has appealed to the protesters to go back. CJP spokesperson Abhishek Ranka said that their demands have been accepted and the protesters should return to their homes. He said that they would meet again after four weeks and discuss their demands and further improvements in education.
Sonam Wangchuk welcomed the government’s step, Said- This is the victory of democracy
Meanwhile, environmental activist Sonam Wangchuk has welcomed Pradhan’s resignation and the steps taken by the central government. He said, ‘What happened today is a victory of democracy and for this I congratulate the countrymen.’
Sonam Wangchuk said, ‘I would also like to congratulate and thank the team of Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), which was the first to raise this issue. I also thank the volunteers who supported him, and also the students, youth and elders across the country who stood in support of democracy.
Wangchuk, who himself broke his fast on assurances from the government after being on hunger strike for 26 days, especially praised the way peace was maintained during the movement. He said, ‘I hope that this peace will continue in future also and no wrong incident will happen in future.’
‘A country is not made by resignation alone. rather reforms are needed‘
Sonam Wangchuk said that a country is not made by resignation alone but reforms are needed. The education system should be improved and further work should be done in this direction. He expressed hope that with the generosity with which the government has taken this step, work will also be done to improve the education and governance system. He said, ‘Now the country should not be run through fear, but with love and trust and the country should move forward on the path of truth, not injustice.’
