Celina Dion confirms concert comeback in Paris
After years away from the French stage, Celine Dion is preparing for a major live return in Paris.
The comeback follows her widely praised appearance at the 2024 Paris Olympics, where she performed Édith Piaf’s Hymn to Love near the Eiffel Tower, marking her first performance in years.
According to reports from La Presse shared on Sunday, March 22, the singer is set to stage a series of concerts at the Paris La Défense Arena beginning this autumn.
The announcement was teased across the French capital with posters referencing some of her most iconic tracks, including So that you love me again and Power of Love.
Dion is expected to perform multiple shows each week throughout September and October at the 40,000-capacity venue, which has previously hosted global acts such as Taylor Swift and Kendrick Lamar.
The upcoming shows will mark her first concerts in France since 2017, when she performed in Paris and across several major cities, including Lyon and Marseille.
Her return follows the cancellation of her Courage World Tour, which was ultimately shelved after repeated delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and ongoing health concerns.
