This guarantee will be given to those rural families whose adult members are willing to do physically unskilled work. At present, 100 days of employment was guaranteed under the MNREGA Act, 2005. The objective of this bill is to achieve ‘a prosperous and resilient rural India’ It also aims to promote empowerment, development, convergence and saturation. What is MNREGA scheme?

The Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) is an Indian labor law and social security measure aimed at protecting the ‘right to work’ To provide guarantee.
