*Korba / Under the direction of Collector Ajit Kumar Vasant, CEO District Panchayat Dinesh Kumar Nag read out the Preamble and Preamble of the Constitution to the villagers on the morning of 26th November, Constitution Day, at the Amrit Sarovar site of Gram Panchayat Godma under Korba District Panchayat. Constitution Day was celebrated at all Amrit Sarovar sites in the district. Various programs were organized on this occasion. In the special festive program organized at the Amrit Sarovar site of village Godma, the CEO read out the Preamble of the Constitution to the villagers present. The CEO said that Constitution Day is a reminder of our values as the cornerstone of the democratic structure of our country. Informed the villagers about the importance of civil rights and duties received under the Constitution. Various programs were organized by rural women on the banks of Amrit Sarovar by making attractive rangoli. CEO Shri Nag encouraged the villagers to organize the program by visiting Amrit Sarovar and discussing with the lake user group and beneficiaries and inspired them for useful management of water. He encouraged the villagers to organize the program. On this occasion, local public representative Sarpanch, Panch, CEO Janpad Panchayat Indira Bhagat, Program Officer, Technical Assistant, Village Secretary, Employment Assistant and other officers were present. Similarly, all the 119 Amrit Sarovar sites created in the districts under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. But Constitution Day was celebrated by making the villagers and workers read the Preamble and Preamble of the Constitution. In this special festival, competitions like songs, speeches, rangoli etc. were organized for the villagers on the topic of fundamental rights and duties given in the Constitution.
