Spot Cleaning: Clean the worship place (northeast corner) and sprinkle Ganga water.

Sowing Barley: Fill an earthen vessel with soil and sow barley, which is a symbol of prosperity.

Prepare the vase: For the Kalash, add copper, holy water, Ganges water, lump of turmeric, betel nut, coin and 5 mango leaves in the soil.
