The world television premiere of Bollywood actor Kartik Aryan's film Chandu Champion will be held on October 20 on Zee Cinema.
This weekend, Zee Cinema is bringing the incomparable journey of Murlikant Petkar with the world television premiere of Chandu Champion. Directed by Kabir Khan and starring Kartik Aryan, this film not only shows the triumph of human spirit but also tells true stories of courage. Also salutes.
Karthik Aryan told, to prepare for playing the role of Murlikant Petkar, I completely changed my diet and lifestyle. I had to follow diets that were unfamiliar to me and that didn't always taste good. This was a challenge for a foodie like me. It not only changed my body, but also made me a more meditative and positive person. I followed a strict routine for about 18 months, in which I worked out diligently and adjusted my calorie intake. I struggled initially, but I eventually adopted this disciplined lifestyle – eating on time, sleeping on time and going to the gym regularly. It was difficult to give up my previous eating habits, but now I have become accustomed to this new routine, which may not always taste good but has a positive effect on my overall health.
Kartik Aryan said, “Training for Chandu Champion was very different from my previous experiences, requiring a variety of skill sets including swimming, boxing and wrestling. I faced certain challenges, such as overcoming my fear of deep water because I did not know how to swim professionally. Bringing about such a drastic change in my body required a lot of patience and mental balance, as I had to lose a large portion of body fat. The boot camp lasted approximately 18 months and included rigorous preparation for the physical demands of the role, including fight and wrestling scenes.
The world television premiere of Chandu Champion will take place on Sunday, October 20 at 8 PM on Zee Cinepa.
