According to Drik Panchang, today i.e. on 7th November, sunrise will be at 6:42 am. Whereas, sunset will happen at 5:48 pm. On this day, devotees stand in waist-deep water and offer Arghya to the setting sun. In such a situation, there will be time till 5.29 pm to offer Arghya to the Sun on the third day of Chhath festival.
