Chhattisgarh: 10th board exam begins, 3.21 lakh students appeared for the first exam

Raipur. 10th board examinations have started in Chhattisgarh from today. 3,21,571 students registered from 6,839 schools across the state took the Hindi subject examination on the first day. The examination was conducted from 9 am to 12:15 pm. This year 2,510 examination centers have been set up in the state, where extensive arrangements for security and confidentiality have been made.

In JN Pandey School of the capital Raipur, the candidates were traditionally welcomed by applying Tilak, which increased the enthusiasm and confidence of the students. After coming out of the examination centre, the students said that the question paper was relatively easy and their confidence had increased as the paper was good. Many students said that the first day’s examination reduced the fear of board exams to a great extent.

According to school lecturer Raghavendra Mishra, out of the scheduled students, 115 candidates were present, while 6 students did not come to take the exam. According to the timetable released by the board, the 10th exams will be conducted till March 13. Special monitoring arrangements have been made to maintain discipline in the examination centres.

Students have been instructed to reach the center on time and compulsorily bring the admit card with them. It is noteworthy that the 12th board examinations were completed a day earlier on Friday. The administration and education department are fully alert regarding the board examinations in the state, so that the examinations can be conducted in a peaceful and fair manner.
