Chhattisgarh Cabinet’s two-day ‘Chintan Shivir 3.0’ concludes, intensive brainstorming took place on many important topics.
The two-day ‘Chintan Shivir 3.0’ of Chhattisgarh Cabinet under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has successfully concluded on Sunday. In the two-day thinking camp, there were extensive discussions on topics like leadership development, good governance, technology, agriculture, tourism and developmental politics. This program was organized by the Department of Good Governance and Convergence of the Government of Chhattisgarh in collaboration with IIM Raipur.
During the conclusion of the program, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai said that Chintan Shivir has now become not only a platform for discussions but also an effective medium for concrete reforms in the governance system. He said that the state government is committed to developing administration that is modern, transparent, technology based and in line with the expectations of the citizens. He expressed confidence that the suggestions received from Chintan Shivir 3.0 will give a new direction to the development journey of Chhattisgarh and they will soon be implemented at the policy and administrative level.
CM Sai said, the suggestions received from the experiences of the experts in the Chintan Shivir, the brainstorming of the Council of Ministers and the collective views of the administrative leadership will become the foundation of the state’s policies, administrative reforms and development programs in future. He said that ‘Chintan Shivir 3.0’ will prove to be an important milestone in the direction of building a developed Chhattisgarh in line with the national resolution of Developed India-2047.

At the same time, Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao said that in ‘Chintan Shivir 3.0’, subject experts not only presented their views on different subjects and also had conversations with ministers. Arun Saav said, there was a detailed discussion on organic and natural farming in the Chintan Shivir, in which its benefits, current efforts and positive results achieved so far were discussed. During this, it was made clear that the notion that organic farming is not profitable is not correct.
He said that important topics like good governance and tourism development were also discussed in the camp. A senior official of the Government of India gave a detailed presentation on the tourism potential of Chhattisgarh and the strategy to develop the state as a major tourism hub. The Deputy Chief Minister said that this thinking camp was an important brainstorming session, which gave new thinking and direction to the public representatives and officials. Also, the suggestions received from here will prove useful in formulating state policies and accelerating development works. He said that the entire Chhattisgarh will benefit from this event in the times to come.
