Especially in the last 6 months, an average of 2000 houses were completed every day, which is the result of administrative efficiency and continuous monitoring. It is noteworthy that Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural) was launched in April 2016, the objective of which is to provide permanent houses to eligible families in rural areas. Under this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 1.20 lakh per house is provided.
