Chhattisgarh Weather: Cloudy for three days with chances of drizzle, temperature fluctuations, weather will change again after February 27

Due to the impact of active weather systems at different places, there is light rain with movement of clouds in different parts of the state. There is a possibility of light rain at one or two places in the next 3 days. During this period, the maximum temperature is likely to increase by 2-3°C. There is no possibility of any significant change in the coming days.
There is no possibility of any significant change in the minimum temperature in the next 7 days. The mercury remains between 32°C to 34°C in the plains of the state. The minimum temperature in North Chhattisgarh (Surguja division) is around 12°C to 14°C, while in cities like Raipur and Durg it remains around 18°C to 20°C. Today on Wednesday the sky is likely to be mainly clear in Raipur. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 33°C and 19°C respectively.
Several weather systems are currently active
According to the daily report of Raipur Meteorological Centre, the cyclonic circulation related to the low pressure area over south-eastern Bay of Bengal extends up to 3.1 km above sea level. It is likely to continue moving eastwards and gradually weaken on Wednesday. A trough formed in the middle and upper tropospheric westerly winds, whose axis is 5.8 km above sea level. An upper air cyclonic circulation also persists over Gangetic West Bengal, adjoining north coastal Odisha, about 1.5 km above mean sea level. Due to its effect, there is a possibility of light rain and thundershowers at isolated places for two-three days.
