1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

1 1/2 tbsp ginger

2 tbsp light soy sauce

1 1/3 tbsp sugar

1/3 tsp wasabi powder

600 grams chicken thighs

2 cloves garlic

1 1/3 tbsp rice wine

200 grams starch

Step 1
