Ingredients for making gram salad

a cup of gram

half cup pineapple

2 tbsp corn

2 tbsp chopped onion

2 tbsp chopped tomatoes

salt to taste

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

a pinch of black salt

a pinch of black pepper

one spoon lemon juice

3 to 4 walnuts

3 to 4 raisins

a spoonful of honey

olive oil

Method of preparation

First of all, add salt to the chickpeas soaked overnight in the pressure cooker and boil well. After boiling, fill it in a bowl and keep it in the refrigerator.

Now put pine apple, onion, tomato, boiled corn etc. in a bowl and keep it in the refrigerator. After half an hour, take out everything and mix it.

Now add one spoon mayonnaise, lemon, honey, black salt as per taste and mix well.

Now put it in a serving bowl and add half teaspoon olive oil, raisins and walnuts and serve.

Delicious healthy gram salad is ready. Keep in mind that it is always better to keep boiled gram in the refrigerator and prepare it in the morning by mixing all the ingredients.
