One broccoli, 1 tsp coarsely ground cumin, 1-2 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp cream, 2 tbsp coriander, 1 tsp oil, salt as per taste.
How to make broccoli soup?
- To make broccoli soup, first wash the broccoli thoroughly.
- Now cut it into small pieces and put it in water in a vessel and boil it lightly. When they are lightly cooked, take them out.
- Now pour 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and add coarsely ground cumin and black pepper powder and fry lightly.
- Now, add boiled broccoli and cook for about 5 minutes. Now add 2 cups of water and add salt as per taste and cover.
- Cook it until the broccoli is cooked well. When it is completely cooked, turn off the gas.
- When everything cools down, take out some broccoli and put the rest in a blender and grind it well.
