China Flood: Huge devastation due to flood in China, death of 25 people and havoc of extreme heat in India.

Deadly China Flood Crisis Updates: These days, India is facing severe heat and intense sunlight. On the other hand, the situation is completely opposite in the neighboring country China, where heavy floods have caused terrible devastation. Continuous torrential rains in central and south-west China have caused severe waterlogging at many places. The situation has worsened so much due to continuous rains that till now at least 25 people have died tragically.

In many cities of China, flood water has completely entered people’s homes and shops. The situation on the roads has become so bad that even the cars parked there were washed away in the strong current of water. Rescue teams are continuously working day and night to save the lives of stranded people through boats and by swimming. The Meteorological Department has further issued a very serious warning of continuous heavy rains, waterlogging and landslides in many provinces.

Situation worsens due to severe waterlogging in Guangdong

The situation has become very bad and worrying due to severe waterlogging in Dachong city of southern Guangdong province. There is so much water on the roads that many scooters are completely submerged in water and only their handles are visible. A viral video showed a man climbing a tree to escape the flood being rescued safely by a boat.

Roads were flooded due to rising river levels due to incessant rains in Guizhou province. In central China’s Hubei province, emergency and army personnel are evacuating the elderly safely through boats. At one place, it took about an hour for the rescue team to rescue a person trapped in chest-deep water.

According to Chinese meteorologists, heavy moisture is continuously coming from the Bay of Bengal, South China Sea and Pacific Ocean. This moisture carrying weather system is moving very slowly, due to which there are continuous torrential rains. The Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rain again in many areas like Shanxi, Sichuan, Guangxi and Hunan.

Deadly heat wave outbreak in India

In sharp contrast to this deadly flood in China, scorching heat and heat wave are wreaking havoc in many major cities of India. In India, due to extreme heat, hot winds and scorching roads, it has become very difficult for common people to come out of their homes. These different extremes of weather at the same time in these two large neighboring countries are a matter of great concern for the environment.
