China will overtake America by 2030, will become a new ‘superpower’ in the field of nuclear energy.

China Nuclear Power Expansion Energy Market: To establish its dominance in the global energy landscape, China has achieved an achievement that has shocked developed countries around the world. According to a recent announcement by China’s nuclear authority, the country has now developed the capability to simultaneously build and manage 50 nuclear power reactors.

This milestone comes at a time when China is working on a war footing to strengthen its energy security and minimize its dependence on fossil fuels.

Roadmap to global leadership in nuclear energy

China Nuclear Energy Association According to a detailed report released by (CNEA), China’s nuclear technology has now reached a new and advanced level. The report clarifies that Beijing now has a complete roadmap to operate dozens of nuclear projects simultaneously, which includes the processes from designing to final construction. Experts believe that this capability of China has gone far ahead of many developed countries.

China’s dominance in statistics

China’s current nuclear capability figures testify to its ambitions. According to reports by state channels CCTV and CNEA, China’s total installed nuclear power capacity has reached 125 million kilowatts (KW), placing it at the top position globally.

Currently, there are 60 commercial nuclear reactors actively producing power in China, while 36 reactors are under construction. Interestingly, currently more than half of the total nuclear construction taking place worldwide is taking place in China alone. Additionally, 16 new units have already been approved.

Target to leave America behind by 2030
