China Warned India Over Dalai Lama Issue: Neighboring country China has once again warned India. This time the matter is related to Dalai Lama. China, which has made illegal claims on India’s border from Ladakh to Arunachal Pradesh, has asked India to stay away from the issue related to Dalai Lama. It is noteworthy that China is currently nervous about the selection of the successor to Tibet’s spiritual leader Dalai Lama. Recently, the Chinese Embassy in Delhi has said in a statement that this is our internal matter and India should not interfere in it.

An official statement issued by Chinese spokesperson Yu Jing said that the issue of Dalai Lama’s successor is entirely China’s internal matter and India should stay away from it. At the same time, the Chinese Embassy has also demanded from India that it should use its soil for ‘Tibet independence’. Do not give a platform to the organizations and their leaders demanding.

‘China’s approval necessary in the selection of successor’

China said that the Dalai Lama’s successor is always selected in accordance with religious traditions and historical practices. China’s approval is necessary in this process. Yu Jing said that Dalai Lama Choosing a successor follows centuries-old religious traditions and historical processes and requires the approval of China’s central government. The 14th Dalai Lama was also recognized under the same process. The Chinese spokesperson further said that the issue of the reincarnation of the Dalai Lama is entirely an internal matter of China and there should be no external interference in it.

China also said that the ‘Central Tibetan Administration’ is not recognized by any sovereign country and has no right to make any claims on the process. Yu Jing said that we hope that India will continue to abide by these commitments, will not give any platform to activities related to Tibet’s independence and will refrain from interfering in the issue of the reincarnation of the Dalai Lama. China said that this will help in strengthening mutual relations between the two countries.

China has already warned India

It is noteworthy that China had also tried to warn India on this matter last year. The Chinese Embassy had also described the issue of Dalai Lama’s successor as a major thorn in the India-China relations. Actually, China Prime Minister Narendra Modi There was anger when the Prime Minister wished the 14th Dalai Lama on his birthday. China had then expressed strong objection to this.

Why is China angry at India?

The real reason for China’s nervousness is that the Dalai Lama himself has made it clear that China will have no role in the selection of his successor. Since its announcement last year, the 14th Dalai Lama has said this publicly several times. Dalai Lama has said that his next incarnation can also take place in a democratic and independent country.
