China’s big explosion amid the outcry in the world! Called America and Israel ‘real villains’, will there be a world war now?
Beijing: The war breaking out in West Asia (Middle East) has left the entire world breathless. On one hand, it is raining missiles and bombs, while on the other hand, the global energy crisis is deepening. Amidst this tension, now the world’s second largest superpower i.e. China has given a statement which has created panic from Washington to Jerusalem. China has bluntly said that none other than America and Israel are the real culprits behind the ‘Hormuz crisis’ that is facing the world today.
China made it clear on Thursday that the deadly attacks by America and Israel on Iran have forced Tehran to blockade the Strait of Hormuz. According to China, the “real root” of the fuel shortage and rising oil prices seen all over the world are the aggressive actions of America and Israel.
China’s counterattack on Trump’s statement
This tough stance of China has come to light when US President Donald Trump has made a strange appeal to the affected countries to capture this important sea route. Trump distanced himself from this matter and said that the countries which import oil through this route should now take the responsibility of protecting this route and opening it. It is noteworthy that Tehran has closed this strategic waterway in retaliation after the US and Israeli attacks, which has increased the concerns of big oil importing countries like China.
Chinese Foreign Ministry wraps up America
During a press conference held in Beijing, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning directly targeted America. He said, “The only reason for stopping the movement of ships in the Strait of Hormuz is the illegal military operations conducted by the US and Israel against Iran.”
This statement has come at a time when President Trump, amidst his falling approval ratings, is trying to assure the country that this war will end soon. However, Trump also gave a scary warning in his address that in the next “two to three weeks” there will be such powerful attacks on Iran that will take it back to the “Stone Age”.
China is the biggest buyer of Iranian oil
Responding to Trump’s threats, the Chinese spokesperson said that the use of military force can never provide a permanent solution to problems. Escalating the conflict is not in the interest of any country. This concern of China is also justified, because it is the largest buyer of Iranian crude oil in the world and the main route for its oil tankers is the Strait of Hormuz. If this road remains closed for a long time, it is certain to have a major impact on China’s economy.
Oil prices on fire, burden on common man
The impact of the closure of the Strait of Hormuz is now visible on the world’s pockets. Crude oil prices have jumped by 40 to 50 percent, which has broken the back of the aviation sector. Many Chinese airlines including Air China have announced to increase fuel surcharge from Sunday.
Not only this, big companies like Air India, Air France-KLM, and Cathay Pacific have also increased fares and changed their routes to avoid the war zone. Let us tell you that since America and Israel attacked Iran on February 28, the price of Brent crude oil has reached close to $100 per barrel. In response to this, Iran has also retaliated on the oil bases located in the Gulf countries, due to which the situation has become even more uncontrollable.
