Is there a Chinese conspiracy behind giving a blow to Gautam Adani? Indications are coming from this deal.
New Delhi : Whenever India's top level businessman Gautam Adani moves towards doing something good, he faces some setback. Gautam Adani, who has lost lakhs of crores due to all the allegations and counter-allegations including the Hindenburg report, is now going to suffer huge loss due to the action of the American court. Regarding this, analysts say that behind this there may also be global-political narratives created by American deep-state organizations supported by China.
During the ongoing hearing in the Federal Court of New York in the US, Gautam Adani's company is being prosecuted by accusing it of defrauding investors in the US and paying huge bribes to Indian officials to get a solar energy contract. The allegation here is that between 2020 and 2024, a big game was played in the name of getting this solar project to Adani Green and Azure Power Global. Along with this, a bribe of 265 million dollars (about Rs 2236 crore) was also given to Indian officials.
Along with this, it is also being said that an attempt was made to cheat the American company i.e. Azure Power Global by hiding the matter of bribe. It was believed that there was a plan to earn more than $2 billion in profits in 20 years through this huge contract. For which loans and bonds were raised by making false claims.
You might remember that last year the shares of Adani Group were greatly affected after the publication of Hindenburg's research report and they suffered huge losses. Its big impact was visible last year in January 2023. All the shares of Adani fell by 20 percent and lower circuit was imposed in many of them. A similar atmosphere has started forming once again. Looking at the trend of the stock market in the last two days, it seems to be the same.
This plan to raise Rs 600 million is also canceled
It is being said that in the bribery case, another plan has been ruined after the New York Court accused Gautam Adani, his nephew Sagar Adani and 7 people of fraud and bribery worth billions of dollars. Adani has been claimed to have paid a huge bribe of $265 million to Indian officials to get contracts related to solar energy in India. Legal action is going on regarding this. After this case, Adani Group canceled its plan to raise funds through bonds. Even before this, after the Hindenburg report, Adani Group had canceled its plan to raise Rs 20,000 crore through its FPO.
Deal with Kenya canceled
The cancellation of the Kenya contract is another big blow for Gautam Adani. The Kenyan government has announced the cancellation of its two big deals with Adani Group, the value of which is said to be worth $700 million. One of these deals involved the construction of power transmission lines. The price of the second deal is said to be 1.8 billion dollars, through which work was to be done to build an international airport there.

Let us tell you that there was a Chinese company competing for these contracts. He may be behind the whole game somewhere. However, analysts say that Kenya's cancellation could also be due to steps taken by global-political narratives created by China-backed US deep-state organizations, due to which fast-rising Indian industrialist Gautam Adani is constantly facing new setbacks. Are falling.
The White House is also keeping an eye on it
At present, the White House, the official residence and office of the US President, has said that relations between India and America rest on a strong foundation and it is confident of handling the situation arising out of the bribery allegations against Indian billionaire Gautam Adani. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said in her daily press conference on Thursday that the administration is aware of the allegations against Adani. Adani has been accused by US prosecutors of allegedly being involved in paying bribes of $265 million (about Rs 2,200 crore) to Indian officials in exchange for favorable terms to win solar power contracts in India.
