Chinese wellness operator to launch Singapore’s largest 24-hour spa complex
Chinese wellness operator House+ Bubble is set to open a 24-hour spa and leisure complex in Singapore with dining and cinema services, set to be the largest of its kind in the country.
The development, estimated to cost SGD45 million (US$36 million), will be located at Perennial Business City in Jurong East, with the first of two phases to be officially launched in March 14, according to The Business Times.

House+ Bubble director and chief executive Hou Zelong said the space has been conceived as a one-stop leisure destination where visitors can spend extended periods rather than make brief visits.
The facility, with a total area of over 9,200 square meters, includes hot spring pools, sauna rooms, spa and massage services, as well as dining options, a cinema room and a yoga and meditation studio. It is designed to host between 700 and 1,000 visitors daily.
Hou expects strong take-up for the concept in Singapore. He pointed to similar operators such as G Spa, which he said occupies about 2,230 square meters and serves roughly over 300 customers daily.
He sees potential in Singapore’s lifestyle and leisure market, which he believes has limited options.

“On weekends, if you take your children out, where would you go? To the zoo or the amusement park, but it’s not feasible to do that every week,” he said.
“But you can come to House+ Bubble every week because it offers not only a variety of experiences, but is also a gathering place to relax and spend time together.”
House+ Bubble will launch with promotional prices starting from SGD49 for three hours. Standard rates range from SGD69 to SGD129, depending on duration.
