Ingredients required to make Kashmiri Paneer

Paneer cut into pieces – 2 cups
Milk – 2 cups
Oil – 2 tbsp
Bay leaves – 2-3
Cloves – 2-3
Cardamom – 4
Fennel seeds – 2 teaspoons
Fenugreek – 2 teaspoons
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry ginger powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Saffron – a pinch
Salt – to taste

To make tasty Kashmiri paneer, first cut the paneer into small square pieces. – Then make powder of cloves, cardamom, fennel and fenugreek. – After this, take a pan and heat oil in it. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and the prepared powder of these spices. – After this, add milk to this mixture and boil it. – When the milk starts boiling, add turmeric powder, dry ginger powder, garam masala powder, bay leaves and saffron and mix.
