To make Mushroom Manchurian, you need corn flour, refined flour, fresh mushrooms, soy sauce, ginger paste, 250 grams (white button mushrooms), garlic paste, oil and salt as per taste.

How to make Mushroom Manchurian
To make mushrooms, first wash the mushrooms thoroughly in water. After this, wipe them. – Now cut them into medium size pieces. – After this, take flour, cornflour in a bowl and mix them well. – Then add ginger-garlic paste to it. – Now add soya sauce, salt and 4 tablespoons of water to it and mix it well. Make a thick batter of it and add mushrooms to this batter and mix it well.

– Now heat oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms in it on medium flame. When it becomes light golden, remove the mushrooms from the oil and place them on a paper napkin, so that the excess oil drains out. – Now place a thin surface pan on high flame on the gas. – After this, heat it by adding little oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, add ginger, garlic paste, green chili and chopped onion and cook on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes. – After this add soy sauce, tomato ketchup and chili sauce. – Now add salt to it and mix well. – After this add fried pieces of mushrooms, green onion and mix well. – After this, mix everything and cook it for about 1 to 2 minutes.
