2 cups wheat flour
2 tsp cumin powder
2 teaspoons dried mint
2 teaspoons red chili powder
Oil

Salt and pepper: To make parathas, first take flour in a vessel.
Add 2-3 pinches of salt and one spoon of ghee and mix it well.
After this, add water little by little and knead the dough.
Now put all the spices in a big bowl and mix them well.
After kneading, make small balls of the dough.
Now take a dough ball and roll it with your palms to make it thick like a puri.
Now apply ghee, then sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon prepared masala and spread it all around.
After that, fold it into a triangular shape and roll it like a paratha.
Heat a pan on medium flame. – Place the paratha on it and cook it well on both sides.
Then apply ghee or oil and bake the paratha until it becomes crispy.
Similarly make parathas from the remaining dough balls.
Eat this salt-pepper paratha with chutney or raita and have a feast.
