Must try Aloo-Moong Parantha, follow the easy recipe

Recipe News Desk !!! Aloo Moong Paratha is very easy to make. Very few spices are used in making it. Aloo-Mung Paratha is not only tasty but also nutritious.

2 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup green beans (soaked)
2 boiled potatoes

2 green chillies (finely chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
a pinch of asafoetida
1/4 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
Oil as required

First of all, add water and salt in a pressure cooker on medium flame and boil the mug till one whistle comes.
Meanwhile, mix flour and salt in a bowl and add water and prepare a soft dough.
Open the lid of the cooker and separate the water from the moong.
Prepare the stuffing by mixing mugwort, onion, potato, green chilli, asafoetida, garam masala and salt in a vessel.
Now break the dough balls and cut them into whole pieces.
Add one spoon of stuffing into it and knead the dough.
Now apply dry flour and give the dough the shape of a paratha.
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
Now apply oil on both the sides of paratha and fry till it becomes crispy.
Prepare all the parathas in the same manner.
Aloo-moong parathas are ready. Serve with curd or raita.
