Here's a simple Thai curry recipe:

Material:

  • 1 cup vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, etc.)
  • 200 g chicken or tofu (optional)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2-3 tbsp Thai curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2-3 basil leaves (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Rice or noodles (for serving)

Vegan Thai Green Curry

Method of Preparation:

  1. Preparation for frying: Heat oil in a pan. If you are using chicken, add it and fry it till it turns golden. If you are using tofu, fry it lightly as well.

  2. Add the vegetables: Then add finely chopped vegetables to it and fry for a few minutes.

  3. Mix the curry paste: Now add Thai curry paste and mix well. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes.

  4. coconut milk: Now add coconut milk and mix well. Add soy sauce and sugar. If you want to enhance the taste, add salt as well.

  5. Cook: Let it cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables become soft and the curry thickens.

  6. Decoration: Finally, add basil leaves.
