Karan Johar celebrated 'Daughters Day' with his children, shared the video on social media

Mumbai, September 22 (IANS). Bollywood's famous producer and director Karan Johar celebrated 'Daughters Day' with his children. He posted a video of his children on the social media platform Instagram and wished 'Daughters Day'.

Karan Johar celebrated 'Daughters Day' on Sunday on his Instagram with his children Yash and Roohi. He shared a reel and captioned it, “Equality, something I strongly believe in and something my mother taught me. My father was a feminist too, he may not have fully understood or articulated the phenomenon of women empowerment but his actions reiterated his core sentiments.”

He said that at a young age we have tried to inculcate that value system as parents. We all wear pink, we all wear blue too. We tie each other a rakhi on Raksha Bandhan and we celebrate sons and daughters every day. We try to give our best. Small joys are very important.

Karan Johar's voice is heard in this video. He says that today “we are celebrating Beti and Beta Diwas.” In the video, a chocolate cake is seen placed in front of his twins.

After Karan speaks, his daughter Ruhi says that I want you to be my daddy every day. After this, his son Yash also gives the same reply.

Let us tell you that Karan Johar has not married yet, but he became the parent of Yash and Roohi through surrogacy in the year 2016.

It is known that Karan Johar directed the film 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani'. His upcoming projects include the film 'Jigra', in which Alia Bhatt is in the lead role. For the promotion of this film, Karan Johar recently appeared on Netflix's show 'The Great Indian Kapil Show'.
