  • 4-5 ripe bananas (small or big)
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (according to taste)
  • 1 tsp Chat Masala
  • salt to taste
  • 2-3 green chillies (chopped)
  • Green coriander (for garnishing)

Method:

  1. Preparation of bananas: Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.

  2. Heat the oil: Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin and mustard seeds. When the seeds start crackling, proceed to the next step.
