To make sweet corn pakoras you need…
2 cups boiled sweet corn kernels

A small cup of finely chopped onion

half cup gram flour

2 tablespoons rice flour

2 pinches of turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

A teaspoon of Chat Masala

a pinch of asafoetida

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

How to make Pakoras
To make it, first take sweet corn kernels and grind them lightly in a mixer. Then squeeze out its water and take it out in a vessel. Then mix it with onions. Add gram flour, rice flour, turmeric, chili powder, chaat masala, ginger garlic paste, asafoetida and salt. Then mix it well without adding water. It will become a thick batter. Now take little bit of the corn pakora mix and put it in hot oil. Fry the pakoras till they become crispy and golden. Serve with. It will take at least 10 to 15 minutes to fry. Eat it with chutney or ketchup.
