Nothing sub-brand CMF is bringing a powerful 140W charger, know how much it can cost along with the features

Tech News Desk – Nothing's sub-brand CMF is rapidly expanding its product portfolio. Now CMF is preparing to launch a new 140W GaN charger. Although the company has not officially said anything about it, a new listing on Flipkart suggests that its launch is coming soon. The listing shared by a user on X (formerly Twitter) shows the charger in a matte black finish with the CMF logo and 140W GaN inscription. It has two USB Type-C ports, one USB Type-A port on a two-pin design.

The user has also shared a poster with the listing, which gives information about the specifications of the charger. According to the poster, it has been reported to have nine safety mechanisms and intelligent power distribution. However, it is not known how much power output will be available in each port when used separately or simultaneously.

The poster states that this charger comes with 140W power output and supports PD 3.1 protocol. It can charge two laptops simultaneously. This charger can charge MacBook Pro up to 55 percent in just 30 minutes. The poster states that this charger can charge Nothing smartphones like CMF Phone 1 and Nothing Phone (2a) up to 66 percent in 30 minutes.

This could be the price in India
Talking about the price, the listing shows an EMI plan of Rs 294 per month for 24 months. Based on this, the total cost comes to around Rs 7,000, but it may also include interest. We did not find the charger listed on Flipkart, but in the original post, a user has indicated that the charger is priced at Rs 6,000 for the Indian market. Let us tell you that this is not the first GaN charger from the CMF brand. The company launched the 65W model in India last year for Rs 2,999. It is not clear when the company will launch the adapter, but the Nothing event is scheduled for September 24 – where the company can introduce its first open-ear earbuds and this charger can also be launched at the same event.
