Material

  • Raisins – 1/4 cup
  • Cashews – 1/4 cup
  • Almonds – 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom – 4-5 small
  • Black pepper – 4-5
  • Cloves- 3-4
  • Makhana – 1 cup
  • Ghee – 2 tbsp
  • Flour – 500 grams
  • Sugar (powdered) – 400 grams

Method of preparation

1. To make flour laddus, first put ghee in a pan and heat it on gas.
2. Now add all the dry fruits, cashews, raisins, butter and almonds and fry lightly.
3. When all the ingredients are roasted, take them out in a vessel and keep them aside to cool.
4. Now again add cardamom, cloves and black pepper in the pan and fry it lightly.
5. When all the ingredients are cooked well, take them out and keep them aside in a bowl.
6. Finally, roast the makhana on low flame. – On the other hand, heat ghee in a pan on the gas.
7. When the ghee is heated well, add flour to it and fry it on low flame.
8. When the flour is roasted well, take it out in a bowl and let it cool.
9. Now put cloves, cardamom and lotus seeds in the mixer and grind them well.
10. When all the ingredients are finely ground, take them out in a vessel. – Grind almonds and cashews in a mixer.
11. When all the ingredients are finely ground, add all the ingredients to the roasted flour and mix them well with your hands.
12. When all the ingredients are mixed well with the dough, apply ghee on your hands and make a round ladle of the dough and place it on a plate.
