Ingredients to make Sprouts Poha
Poha – 2 cups
Mixed sprouts (boiled) – 1 1/2 cups
Finely chopped onion – 1/2 cup
Chopped green chillies – 1 tablespoon
Green coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons
Mustard – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Oil- 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make Sprouts Poha
Sprouts Poha is as beneficial for health as it is easy to make. For this, first clean the poha and then put it in a sieve and add little water to it and wash it gently. – After this, keep the soaked poha aside for 10 minutes. – Now heat oil in a non-stick pan. – When the oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds to it. When the mustard seeds start crackling, add chopped onion and green chillies to it and fry while stirring.

– Now fry the onion on medium flame until its color becomes light pink. – After this, add boiled mixed sprouts in the pan and cook for one to two minutes. – After this, add turmeric and salt as per taste and mix. – Now let this mixture cook for about 1 minute. – After this, add a quarter cup of water to the sprouts and let it cook while stirring well with a ladle.

– After adding water, cook the sprouts for at least 2 minutes. – After this, add soaked poha in the pan and mix well and add lemon juice and mix. – While stirring on medium flame, let the poha cook for two to three minutes. After this, turn off the gas. Sprouts Poha full of taste and nutrition is ready. Take them out in a serving bowl and serve garnished with green coriander leaves.
